Project DescriptionThis project is to link the video and real-time operation data of the rail loading machine and the rail shunting machine in the port with the control system. The driver of the loading machine can monitor and remotely operate the shunting machine to move the truck box according to the operation progress, ensuring safe production and simplifying the operation process to improve work efficiency. At the same time, the status monitoring and fault recording of various equipment mechanisms on the loading machine and shunting machine are also carried out Analyze and manage equipment maintenance and upkeep. The wireless communication system undertakes the task of trunk transmission throughout the entire system, requiring stable communication, no delay, and ensuring video smoothness.The site is the port loading and shunting operation area, with both the loading and shunting machines moving in a track type with a length of about 1.5 kilometers and two tracks parallel. According to customer feedback, there are occasional issues of jamming and packet loss at the newly installed camera and control data. After receiving user feedback, our company immediately dispatched technical personnel to the project site to provide technical support for on-site investigation of customer feedback issues.After on-site investigation and debugging by technical personnel, it was found that the wireless equipment on the stacker had a position deviation (caused by unstable installation of equipment fixtures and brackets), the wireless equipment frequency at the loading machine was not planned, and there was frequency interference. The antenna was not calibrated, and there was a pitch angle, resulting in the user feedback of the jamming phenomenon.Solution: After aligning the direction of the wireless equipment at the stacker, reinforce it by welding. Recalibrate the antenna of the equipment at the loading machine, horizontally install and calibrate the equipment, and plan the frequency to be staggered from the used frequency. After debugging the planning parameters and direction calibration by technical personnel, the video link bandwidth is stable without packet loss delay, and the effect meets customer usage requirements.Case photo
